Poson Pooja 2018 – Sunday 3rd June @ 4.30 PM

Dharmapala Institute cordially invites you to participate at the annual Poson celebration on Sunday, June 3^rd2018. Venerable Kannadeniye Santa thero, Venerable Kirinde Chandananda thero and Venrable Weragoda Sujatha thero will be conducting the Poson program.

 

We will have the Poson Pooja starting from 4.30 PM.

 

 

At the end of the day we will have the ‘Poson Bakti Gee’, the ‘Poson Dansela’ and the lighting of the lanterns. Family and friends of Deepthi Padmaperuma who passed away recently are generously offering the Poson Dansela this year.

 

We encourage all our members to participate at the Poson program as their time permits, and make use of this event to strengthen your own dhamma practice. As informed in a separate email earlier, we have the Poson Uposatha program from 8.30 AM – 4.30 PM. You may feel free to join the meditation sessions, dhamma discussion forums and dhamma talks at any time of day.
